Refund policy

At Brooklyn Shirt Kings / AC2BSK, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Because many of our products are custom-made, limited edition, or made-to-order, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed after review.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Please allow 5–10 business days for approved refunds to process back to your original payment method.
